- 10: The great angel Michael helped the Hieremias free the slave camp he was in. Hieremias then organized the free peoples to fight the banes.

0: Hieremias was murdered by a Naamah in an abandoned gnostic city when he takes shelter there. His son Heironymos took over leading the free peoples. The city was renamed Heiropolis after Hieremias was burried there.

10: Hieronymos seriously wounded Kiskil-Uddakara, the white dragon, forcing her and her forces to retreat back to Gehinnon at the Battle of New Ford.

10: Heironymous sought out a prophet named Theodora. They formed the True Church of Kadur (Aemon Kadur Ni’emon)and united most of the north under it.

10: Stavvos united the people in the south under the ideas of liberty, equality and rebuilding Kadur

12: The Fae appeared.

13: Saint Japheth, the mage, brought the Second book of Raziel to Kakma. Magic starts to be used in place of technology. All information of necromancy is suppressed.

18: Hieronymos and Saint Japheth use the book of Raziel to plan the great temples in line with Kasaer. Each temple was to be ruled by its own metropolitan answerable only to the metropolitan of Keter also known as the Patriarch.

23: The Orave were first sighted.

54: Heironymos died. Nachmon the Patriach dictated that Hieronymos’s son Zanthus should succeed him. From then on, the Patriarch named the successors to the throne.

69 – 74: A series of plagues ripped through Kadur. Despite the healers bests efforts, thousands died giving rise to hundreds of undead. The great angel, Sandalphon, appeared to St. Ranith of Malkut and teaches her golden necromancy. She creates the necropolis outside of Malkut

135: Avshalam the great ascended to become patriarch of the True Church of Kadur. He traveled to the south and began converting the people of Stavvos. When he demanded that all technology (automatas)be destroyed, Beranysae the Descenter refused and gatherd those who are like minded to the city of Tokelet. They named themselves the Kaenocrats.

191 – 215 St. Bridgit of Binah collected the major text of the church and created “true” copies. She also wrote several biographies of the saints and a commentary on many of the holy texts. Her students founded the great library in memorial.

218: Due to numerous doctrinal disputes between Patriarch Diantha and the zealot, Elkanan, a grand council was convened in Kakma. After significant debate, Diantha’s moderate point of view won out over Elkanan’s much stricter ideas in most areas. The Council also absolved the Shar’ot of their forefather’s crimes and officially canonized St. Brigit’s collection of holy texts as the Horat.

220: Elkanan the Zealot asked for and recieved a charter to form the Kadosh, a religious community living under a strict rule.

270: Nikolai Talith and several other Kadosh youth attacked the Kaenocrat town of Sadai killing 12 people. The youths were caught by the Kaenocrats who tried them for murder and sentenced them to death. The True Church of Kador was horrified. The emperor demanded they be extradited. Both sides seemed near war until St. Shulamith negotiated a deal that extradited the Kadosh but insured that members of the Kaenocrats would be involved in the new trial. The Kadosh youth were found guilty and hanged.

305 – 330: Keter reached the height of it’s power. The Emperor Sallon had a progressive illness that left him incapacitated for increasingly long periods. In his absences, the patriarch and the True Church of Kadur took over the government.

331: The Emperor Sallon died. The patriach corinated the blind and somewhat slow Kessal rather then his older sister, St. Luccia. A full scale war broke out as the people tried to oust both the patriarch and the emperor. The Kaenocrats and their Automata’s aided Keter . Initially the Kadosh supported Keter but changed sides to fight against the Kaenocrats.

334: The war was ended when the patriarch died under questionable circumstances. The newly elected patriarch, in order to reach a compromise, coronated Kaphas, Sallon’s brother. He creates the first constitution for the Holy Kadur Empire.

403: A young man known as Shotae, who had been kicked out of the wizards college, experimented with invoking. After several failed attempts to invoke a heavenly creature, he tried invoking and binding a creature from Gehinnon. He succeeded in invoking a Mazzikim. However, it immediately ate him. His actions created a tear in the veil. For almost two years the white dragon worked to widen the hole and stage her troops

405: The second Gehinnon War started. The banes under the white dragon’s servant Moloch attacked. Kadur was completely unready for such a war. Moloch took control of most of the south burning and destroying everything in their path. Tokelet, the Kaenocrat capital, was completely destroyed early in the war.

410: Malokai, a young warrior, led an army of zelots against the banes. The shear ferocity of their attacks drove Moloch’s forces back. Other militaries joined them and eventually killed Moloch at the battle of P’tzarbrek. The high priest, Zadduk is then able to seal the rip but is unable to reverse the damage done to the lands near where it had been.

411: Varvanda with the blessing of the High Priest Zadduk created an ecumenical fighting force to honor the memory of Malokai who died at the battle of P’tzarbrek. Its mission was to protect all of Kadur from demons. He named it the Golden Knights.

411: The Kaenocrats elected Pelagia Damasey first citizen. She spent the next 21 years rebuilding the Kaenocrat lands including moving the capital to Nisos.

478: The Imperial town of Yashova appealed to the Kaenocratic city of Hannor for aid because their crops failed due to poor rainfall. Hannor offered to build Yashova an irrigation system but fearing the Kaenotrat’s ways, Yashova refused. Instead they demand supplies. Insulted the mayor refused. News of Hannor’s refusal reached the Patriarch of Merkuz, Marcus Akshani. He declared war on the Kaenocrats. Both sides battled for twenty years mostly in winter.

499: A series of storms caused wide speared damage to homes and crops. both sides see this as an omen of disasters to come and sign a peace treaty.

553: After years of struggling to rebuild itself after the year of the storms and trying to pay Keter, Binah refused to pay. The temples of Kakma, Netzach, and Hidur followed suit. Keter created an army of divinely blessed soldiers called mamluks to bring the rebellious temple under control. The rebel temples appealed to the emperor for aid without success. Much of the laity join the fight.

558: After five years of fighting the emperor forced all parties to negotiate peace. The Tzadik accord is signed giving all the high temples increased autonomy.

632: Drugs, alcohol, and prostitution were readily avalable in Netzach. The Duchess Ilanith, the Patriach of Keter’s niece, was raped there. The people cried out against not only the sins of Netzach but also the moral decay throughout the empire. The Kadosh found themselves in favor and their numbers increased dramatically.

680: Emperor Gamlial II fell for a nammah calling herself Rosalba. Completely infatuated with her, Gamaliel did anything she asked for including disbanding the golden Knights. Several ranking official staged a coup killing Rosalba and the Emperor. After much debate the Patriarch crowns Gamaliel’s young daughter queen with a member of the Kadosh as regent.

699: A tautau herder found a cash of gnostic cubes near Da’at. Nabon the scribe investigated the cubes and discovered information on them them that would improve the quality of life for Kadur’s citizens. He tried to publish them only to find out that the True Church of Kadurwas purposely withholding knowledge from its followers whether or not it is about automata.

710: Nabon and like minded monks began teaching the people the forbidden knowledge.

712: The Kadosh with the Patriarch of Kadosh’s blessing attacked Nabon’s group. They esscaped to Da’at with their lives. This began a year and a half seige. The Kaenocrats offered their aid to Nabon but it is refused.

714: The seige of Da’at was ended when the volcano above Netzach errupted.

715: A Kaenocrat sage named Vincentius Tersus found a gnostic war machine near lake Alma which he became obsessed with.

719: Noletta, Vincentius’s granddaughter, investigated his worship and found the Automata. She told the district administrator who arrested Vincentius and destroyed the contense of his lab. However the Automata was lost.

721: Vincentius was released from jail due to his rapidly deteriorating health and disappeared.

721: A pious sage named Rastus Erna became infected by a dybbuk. He played upon Queen Delphina’s vanity and great to get her to give him the original copy of the Second Book of Raziel which still included the forbidden section of white necromancy.

725: Rastus finished building a tower in the north and used the Second Book of Raziel to tear the veil. Kiskil-Uddakara, the white Dragon, sent her Deputy Aspmodai to Kadur. He slowly captured seemly unimportant towns gaining power.

728: (present date) Ashmodai was able to cut off Keter from the rest of the empire. He also is able to disrupt communications and commerce through out norther Kadur.
